HPL Book Sale and Donations

Hopewell Public Library

Book Sale and Donations

Thank you all so much for your kind donations of books, CDs and DVDs.
The Hopewell Public Library Book Sale was a resounding success.

At this time we are no longer accepting donations for any future book sales, as we have nowhere to store the items and currently no venue for the sale.

However, if you have books, CDs and DVDs that are relatively new and in good condition, we may consider adding them to the Hopewell Public Library collection, if you bring them in for us to see.

As an alternative, the following libraries are accepting donations:
  • Mercer County Library, Hopewell Branch - accepting all donations
  • Pennington Public Library - DVDs ONLY
  • Rocky Hill - small amounts of recent books and older cookbooks
  • Mercer County Library, Lawrence HQ Branch - small amounts of books in good condition
Another alternative, is to donate the books to the Bryn Mawr Wellesley book sale, the proceeds of which go towards scholarships for students in New Jersey. They accept up to 12 boxes on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. until noon, at 32 Vandeventer St., Princeton, or call: 609-921-7479.
