STATUS: HPL - Telephone Line (609-466-1625) FAILURE

Prior to HPL opening [2012-Jan-12 12:00N Thu], HPL's Voice Line [609-466-1625] failed and was reported to Verizon.

Verizon detected a "short-circuit" and scheduled repair.

Verizon did a temporary repair just prior to HPL closing [2012-Jan-13 16:45 Fri] and scheduled a Cable Splicer Technician to complete the repair [2012-Jan-16 Mon].

NOTES:

• "Short-circuit" prevented all out-going & in-coming calls.
• "Short-circuit" caused all callers to HPL to hear a "BUSY".
• "Noise" is due to use of a temporary substitute Line.
