To Protest the proposed "SOPA" and "PIPA" legislation in the U.S. Congress, some Internet Websites are "Going Dark" to various degrees for 24-hours today (2012-Jan-18 Wed), such as: Google, Wikipedia, Mozilla, LibreOffice, etc.

Some are providing links that still allow access.
